I am an Investment Manager at 3TS Capital Partners, an early and growth stage venture capital fund focusing on telecoms, media and technology investments in Central, Eastern Europe and Turkey. I joined 3TS Capital Partners in 2013 and am responsible for deal sourcing, analysis, business development, transactions and portfolio management.
Previously, I worked in consulting, investment management, technology commercialization, software and telecom industries across the US, Europe and Middle East. My experiences include BTS&Partners, PIWorks, Inovent, Balance Innovations, KTEC and ATC.
I try to be an active contributor to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Turkey. I co-launched Turkey’s first seed fund at Inovent. During my time at Inovent, I also co-founded Turkey’s first and premier angel investor network, Galata Business Angels (GBA). Most recently I was the co-director of Founder Institute Istanbul Chapter, a global network of startups and mentors that help entrepreneurs launch enduring technology companies. I am a member of LESI’s Turkey Chapter and co-chair IT Committee for LESI Turkey. I coach and mentor entrepreneurs at Startup Factory, Turkey’s leading technology accelerator. I am a guest lecturer at Sabancı University.
I spend most of my free time working closely with entrepreneurs and tech startups. I am a motorhead and enjoy taking long trips whenever I can.
I studied Economics at Ege University in Izmir, Turkey and received my MBA from Pittsburg State University in the United States.
